Dear ones, I want to share with you my true story.
Through this, I want you to know that your dream is never too big—that your light is not meant to be contained—and that the greatest gift you can give to the world is sharing the wisdom you gained on the way.
Here is my true story of how I got where I am now.
I am French, I am 38, and I started my life in a “normal” way.
I was the “best” at school, and enrolled without too much thinking into studies in the business area, which hardly ever took me where I wanted to go.
At the age of 23, after interships in Paris and London, I graduated from business school.
From this point to 28, I was constantly feeling a lack of alignment. I didn’t know what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted to do something else. I knew something larger was calling me. I knew I was here to serve, but I didn’t know how. So many people were telling I had plenty of wisdom for my age—but I didn’t know how to use it.
At the age of 28, I left my job and went to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where I worked six months as a volunteer.
At the age of 29, I started to share my story, what I was learning on the way, online on social medias, and on Rebelle Society, plus Elephant Journal.
I was suprised—I wasn’t the only one going through these questions, these dreams, these struggles.
Being vulnerable became my way to connect with others. People were reading. I thought part of my purpose was found.
At the age of 29, I got married with my love met at the age of 21.
At the age of 30, I went back to Cambodia, traveled alone for six+ months in the world. I learned what’s not measurable through those trips,
There is no limit to joy, to sadness. There is no limit to what one can do, can live, can grieve.
Also, dreams are made to become true.
At the age of 30, I got divorced, brought my stuff to my mom’s house in Toulouse, and left again with my cat, Mikado, to Cambodia.
I also discovered then intuitive and psychic gifts.
At the age of 31, I started to give online sessions.
At the age of 32, I finally came back from many abroad journeys that only led me deeper within—and decided to come back permanently to Toulouse.
At the age of 33, I rented an office, downtown, in the neighborhood of my childhood, and started to give sessions to local people here. I became an hypnotherapist, started women circles, and got trained in birth memories.
At the age of 33, my first book “She is the Moon” got published. It is a collection of poems and inspirations written during my travels. This book contains the most important, life altering writings I have ever done.
At the age of 33, I met my current partner.
At the age of 35, I discovered who my father is. I discovered I come from an Ashkenazi background on that paternal side. I made the commitment to dive into unveiling all the pieces of that story.
At the age of 36, I met many of my new cousins in New York City and New Orleans, and also froze 21 eggs for a later pregnancy.
Now, I know where these eggs come from.
At the age of 37, I experienced massive inner turmoil by being in Jerusalem on Oct 7th, and staying four months there.
At the age of 38, now, I have written an autobiographic text in French “La nuit aux bougainvilliers”, or “The night of the bougainvillea trees”—as a testimonial of love and warmth to the country that made so much of me, Cambodia.
I am awaiting to complete it, publish it maybe one day, and see the book we co-wrote with 37 other women, “Becoming You: How Women Reclaim Their Power”, become published very soon, too.
Writing has always remained.
This is my story, so far. Also, to be honest, I don’t always know what I am doing.
Now, what I want, is to always remain authentic, aligned, true to my inner self. I want to not betray the leaps that were made.
I also want more freedom, more of my travels.
By this post, I want to tell you that nothing is impossible.
I want to tell you to always believe in yourself, to believe in life, and to not give up.
I want to tell you that the Universe didn’t place the seed of such powerful dreams in your heart, for nothing.
I want to tell you that nothing gives more, in return, than following one’s True North and True Calling.
I want to tell you that there is no greater joy but to live the aligned life.
I also want to tell you that it’s our story that are the making of our souls. In all their vastness. Their light, their dark, and all.
We are nothing without the wisdom we gave birth to under the rain.
We are nothing without the trust we built in the dark.
We are nothing without that strength, that rises, one more time.
Once we are alive, and here, down here—we can still start, do, dream, love, have hope, and make beauty happen.
There is nothing more important than your story, the realness of you, what it taught you—which is what you can share now with others.
Be the light that rose in you, once you were in the dark.
Be the candle you once needed, as the younger you.
